The recently designed apartment in the neighborhood of Kilpauk is the perfect example of a minimalist approach to modern furnishing. The apartment has three bedrooms, a living, dining and a kitchen. The muted green and grey-cultured walls provide a harmonious backdrop against the teakwood furniture and indoor plants. The Italian flooring stretches in various rooms. Traditional Indian artwork adorns the walls of this home.
The bedrooms also follow the same combination of muted green and grey colour palettes and accent walls are finished with different plaster finishes like Stucco, Venetian and Concrete, each bedroom is harmonious with the house's theme, it was personalized according to the family members by using furniture pieces and the intensity of colors.
The apartment has a practical approach towards design sensibility, where space has been utilised according to its function without crowding other areas or elements in the house.Project.
